The Broker Affiliate Partner Program (BAPP) permits Real Estate, Mortgage, and Insurance agents to establish a partnership with Sellwhenever and earn a share of the commission from every transaction originating through Sellwhenever via our affiliated brokers. As Sellwhenever maintains numerous brokerages as our Affiliated Partners, the commission distribution will be mutually agreed upon at the time of closing, with the chosen brokerage receiving the commission. The brokerage will retain its share and promptly remit the remainder to Sellwhenever via ACH, wire transfer, or direct debit.

Program Requirements
To become a partner, applicants must possess an active broker's license in order for Sellwhenever to process the necessary agreements (Memorandum of Understanding - MOU) and finalize the terms and conditions.
It is expected that brokers will demonstrate transparency and honesty in their dealings with Sellwhenever, in alignment with our commitment to openness throughout the partnership. Upon successful onboarding, brokers will be incorporated into our affiliate program, as outlined below:
Use of Broker License
Sellwhenever will utilize the broker's license to accept referral fees generated by partner realtors from both the United States and Canada. These fees will be directed to Sellwhenever through our affiliated partners.
Commission Transparency
Brokers are expected to maintain transparency regarding the commission structure and fees. Brokers will retain their designated share of the referral fee and remit the balance to Sellwhenever, as our business model relies on the timely receipt of referral fees.
